What's the catch with the free months?
No catch. During the pilot, the first two months are free and there's no charge per staff member — we want salons on Lumi long enough to know whether it fits. After two months, the flat monthly price kicks in. No card up front.
Can I switch from Booksy or another tool?
Yes. We hop on a call and bring over your services, team, hours and customer list — upcoming bookings too, each one checked by hand. Most salons are fully on Lumi by the next morning.
Do you take a cut of bookings?
No. The monthly subscription is the only price. Stripe charges its standard processing fee on deposit payments — that goes to Stripe, not us.
